The Books Review Consultations focus on two comprehensive discussions to enhance your bookkeeping practices. Topics covered include financial record accuracy, reconciliation methods, software evaluations, internal control and best practices. Prior to the first meeting the Client will be required to complete a questionnaire and will give access to all required documents for the initial consult. The second meeting will consist of recommendations that are tailored specific to your business needs, along with effective best practices to implement for streamlined operations and long-term success.
Operational Planning Sessions
Focuses on key operational processes. Topics covered include:
- Weekly operational assessments.
- Task prioritization and resource allocation.
- Workflow optimizations for efficiency.
- Compliance checks and improvements.
- End-of-Month (EOM) financial review of prep and corrective entries.
- Final financial review and approval.
Admin Planning Sessions
The Admin Planning Sessions consist of a structured set of 4 steps consisting of 3 meetings aimed at streamlining administrative tasks. This series is designed to support businesses in achieving smooth and professional administrative operations.
This four-step process is a complete cycle of you starting your new document and does not have to mean your document is completed. You can request a revision which will start a new cycle of sessions. This allows for any changes that need to be made over time to help streamline or keep up to date your forms and spreadsheets.
